What are the policies for a refund?

Once the product has been shipped, we cannot accept any refunds. Processing time will take up to 3 to 4 business days.

What if I had made a mistake during checkout?

Email us immediately and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What if my package was lost in the mail?

Lost packages are not our responsibility, for this is the responsibility of the post office.

What if I have received the wrong product?

In the case that a product is incorrectly delivered, please send us an image of the wrong product via email within three days of receiving it.

How long until I can return an item?

We do not accept returns. You may ask for the product to be resent however. Simply contact us at leona.inskyring@gmail.com to request a resend.
